PHY-201 and PHY-202 (or PHY-101 and PHY-102) or their equivalents are required for the chemistry major and should be completed prior to the junior year in order to meet prerequisites for upper-level courses. All chemistry majors must also pass a standardized comprehensive chemistry examination prior to graduation.
